Terms

Boss Cart is a trading style of Velnet UK Ltd.

You can buy a copy of Boss Cart online via our shopping basket, please browse, add the item or services you want to purchase to your shopping basket, proceed to the checkout and pay.

Boss Cart UK accept card payments, bank transfer or cheque. Paying by credit card is the fastest method that will ensure your product is delivered promptly.

Your product should be delivered to you withing 2 working days in UK. If you are ordering from outside UK it could take up to five working days.

License

Boss Cart Premium license grants the Customer the right to run one instance (a single installation) of the Boss Cart Premium application on one web server and one web site for each license purchased. Each license may power one instance of the Boss Cart Premium application on one domain. For each installed instance of the Boss Cart Premium application, a separate license is required.
Boss Cart Premium is licensed only to the Customer. The Customer may not rent, lease, sublicense, sell, assign, pledge, transfer or otherwise dispose of the Software in any form without the prior written authorisation from Velnet UK Ltd.

Support

Boss Cart shall provide certain support services to the Customer related to Boss Cart Premium, including web-based support regarding operation and use of Boss Cart Premium, during the Boss Cart's normal business hours and such further programming services to correct demonstrated errors in the operation of Boss Cart Premium which are the result if incorrect implementation of Boss Cart Premium and are neccessary to function properly.
Boss Cart shall have no obligation with respect to or in the case of: altered or damaged application; problem caused by the Customer's negligence, abuse or missaplication or other caused beyond the control of Boss Cart; applications installed on hardware that is not supported by Boss Cart; error correction of third party code that is contained in Boss Cart Premium.

Payments

Payment terms are in advance, unless otherwise stated. Invoices will be sent by Boss Cart and the Customer will receive the goods/services only after full payment of the invoice. If any invoice is not paid Boss Cart reserves the right to suspend the provision of support until all invoices due for the Customer are paid.

Refunds

There is a 30 day money back guarantee on the purchase of a new license. All other fees and payments are non-refundable.

Modifications

Boss Cart accepts to modify Boss Cart Premium to match the needs of the Customer for a fee, calculated according to our hourly rate of £50 an hour (this includes VAT).. The cost of the modification project is to be paid in advance. The Customer should make sure that he/she has provided every detail regarding the modification as changes to the specifications are not accepted once the project is completed and these changes will make the subject of a new modification project.
After completion both parties shall cooperate to perform the testing of the modified parts to fix any bug or inconsistency in the application.
Boss Cart reserves the right to reject any modification project and shall argument any such decision.

Updates

During the term of this agreement, Boss Cart will provide the Customer with new versions, releases, updated and patches wherever possible. Boss Cart does not update the applications, this being the responsability of the customer.

Warranty

Boss Cart provides all of their software as is, without warranty implied or otherwise, and will not be held responsible for damage, loss of earnings or other costs incurred through the use of their software.

If any of the terms of this Agreement are violated, Boss Cart reserves the right to revoke the Boss Cart Premium license at any time.
